Settle in, let your mind quiet, and let the stillness of the forest and the lake work its way in.
Embrace the Elements: Most of our classes are held in our heated yoga shala, but a big part of the experience is spending time outdoors. We recommend researching the weather for your program dates and packing adequate layers and clothing for the season. Being comfortable outside makes the walks, the lakeside moments, and the time in nature that much more enjoyable.
Nature's Canvas: Envision your practice beside the calm of the lake, surrounded by dense forest and lush greenery. Our heated yoga shala keeps you warm and comfortable, whatever the season.
Companions on the Journey: Join a supportive peer group, and bring your sense of adventure and dedication for a remarkable experience. We aim to cultivate a positive and uplifting learning space amidst the forest and the lake, appreciating the contributions of each participant.
There are a number of transportation options available from Kelowna and Vancouver, including services such as Mountain Man Mike's Bus Service, Fritz Travel, regional bus routes, ride-share options, taxis, and reasonably priced car rentals.
Approximately 10 days prior to the start of the program, we will connect all students through a dedicated WhatsApp group. This gives everyone the opportunity to coordinate transportation, share travel plans, and potentially reduce costs. Often, students choose to rent a vehicle together, arrange ride-shares, split shuttle costs, or travel as a group from the airport.
For those flying, we recommend arriving into Kelowna, or Vancouver the day before the program begins to allow for a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
If you would like assistance exploring transportation options or coordinating travel arrangements, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help point students toward the best solution and connect guests traveling similar routes.
