Our base team will be providing you with a prepared and comfortable home camp. We provide the tents / bedding / mattress / supplies. You simply arrive with your personal belongings and your mat / block / strap.
The team will be providing you with three vegetarian meals per day. Meals are designed with your nutrition in mind - healthy, fresh, energy sourced.
Our days will be diverse! It's not all on the mat. It's not all in the books. The program is intended to be immersive and inspiring. We will move, engage in fulfilling discussions, support one another, and celebrate all that nature has to offer - uninterrupted.
You can expect simple meals. All of the meals are made with careful consideration to your nutrition and fueling your body in an energy sustaining way. You can plan to enjoy plenty of hearty salads, vegetable rich soups, roasted vegetable medleys, and protein rich greens.
Fantastic sunny weather! BUT, with that said, there is always the possibility of rain or cool evenings. We will not have access to a laundry service - please pack accordingly. Those who chill easily should pack an extra blanket.
Expect a stunning background to your day. Mountains, green surrounds, creeks in the distance and peace. Our yoga space is natural. Prepare for practicing on a surface that is not as consistently flat as your home studio!
A supportive peer group! And we appreciate that from you too! Arriving with a sense of adventure and dedication to a remarkable experience is really appreciated. Our aim is to form a positive and uplifting learning space out in the forest!
Students will all meet in Grand Forks BC on the start date at 10 am. Then, collectively we will travel to the site and get settled in. Those who are flying, should plan to fly into Kelowna or Castlegar the day before the program starts. If you are needing assistance with a shuttle service. Please let us know so we can assist in coordination.
